We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we offer a 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn/unopened merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase unless you instruct us otherwise. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
Please note that the full refund only applies to domestic orders. For international orders, a full refund will be issued for the value of the item only (excluding the shipping charges).

We gladly pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise (one exchange per order, please).
Simply list the new items you'd like in exchange on the packing list and include the form in your return package (We strongly suggest Certified or Insured mail).
In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect items, simply contact our customer service department at email@example.com and request a pre-paid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.
"Free Shipping" returns - If you received free shipping on your original order and the returning of merchandise decreases your order amount to less than the amount required for free shipping, $5 will be deducted from your order refund.
Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 60 days have passed since your package shipped and you would like to exchange/refund any of your items, we reserve the right to accept or refuse them. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund.
